Responsibilities

• Provide support to RAN Planning team in engineering work
• Planning, installation, testing and commissioning of the WiMAX RF Network deployment
• Conduct site survey and site acceptance
• Perform RF Network planning, design, installation and optimisation of the WiMAX RF Network
• Perform drive test and optimisation
• Perform KPI and Acceptance testing
• Liaise with vendors and assist in project management

Job Requirements

• Degree or a Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Communication Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Good understanding of the RF Propagation principle, cellular theory, RF engineering tools and antenna theory
• Experience in GSM/UMTS/WiMAX networks and telecommunications systems would be an added advantage
• Preferred experience in RF Planning tools
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry would be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Direct experience in experience in wireless deployment, site installation/commissioning
• Independent and self-motivated, works with minimum supervision
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

• May require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported
