Responsibilities

• Develop member-focused documentation on products’ characteristics, to include writing, editing, video and audio production
• Develop end-to-end understanding of products, communicate key information to members and contribute internally to improve product as needed
• Support product development and launch, offering insights internally based on understanding of desired member experience
• Aid in development of member support strategy
• Create, edit and publish technically correct and easy-to-understand member support documentation for all areas of product, in Bahasa Melayu
• Complete other customer outreach tasks as needed
• Contribute relevant information and suggestions to development of style guide
• Responsible for vendor relations and technology rollout
• Aid in other aspects of product development and management and operations as needed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably with an MBA
• Minimum 2 years of of technical writing experience, preferably in Malaysia or the ASEAN region
• Native understanding and top-level written skills in Bahasa Melayu and English
• Fluency in Chinese desirable but not required
• Proven track record of clearly communicating complex technical and support issues to consumer base
• Experience in product development, technical writing, editing, and video and audio production
• Experience with media, Web and wireless providers preferred
